Forum Rules and Etiquette

The forum is a great place to meet, discuss and share. Let us help keep the atmosphere as pleasant as possible. To aid us in keeping this atmosphere please follow a few simple rules when visiting the forum.

1. No profanity. Your posting will be deleted. No exception!

2. Keep it civil. The discussion may get heated, but that's no reason not to remain civil. It's also important to realize that many people visit with various skill levels and experience, so please keep any sarcastic remarks and personal attacks off this Board.

3. Keep it relevant. This is a magic/magicians' Discussion Forum. Please keep it mostly magic-related.

4. Exposure of magic secrets will not be tolerated. If you need help with a magic effect, please feel free to post your question or problem on this Discussion Board. Then, anyone can answer your specific questions or problems by e-mail. Please, don't ask anyone here how an effect works. Posts asking for the secrets to effects will be deleted. If you have access, you can also post sensitive matters in the secret area.

5. Fill out a Profile. Use your real name. Include your email address so others can contact you off the forum if needed. Posts without a valid email address will be deleted!

6. We would appreciate it if you would not create posts with ALL LARGE CAPS and lots of punctuation (!!!!!) in the headlines. And also avoid using SMS style typing e.g. hw r u? Some members might find it very hard to comprehend and understand your messages.

7. It would help everyone on the Board if you post with a "descriptive" headline, rather than something like "Help!".

8. Administrators and moderators reserve the right to move or delete any posts that they deem is necessary.

To the staff, admin and moderators, Please make sure that the members refrain from changing their username . Nagpapalito ito sa forum. May atraso lang o secret seekers at nagmamalaki ang nagpapalit. We know who you are , but the rest do not. This is not good for the other members. This must be obsreved.

Why hide behind a username ?

Para nalang itong ibang mga forum na walang kwenta! Maaaring pasukan ng mga elemento. Pwede manira o makasabi ng mga bagay na di kaya pag harap harapan. Pag ganito , nakakawalang gana.

Add ko lang.. use usernames na madali kayong maidentify ng co-members and staff,
if posible use ur name...
if you think you have created multiple account during your first days at the forum, please if possible that you delete these accounts... multiple accounts will be deleted.

This is the start of a new year for FSM. I suggest you guys re read the rules and etiqette once again, especially our new members.

We will be very strict about it. We have had a couple of undesireables in the past from the start up to the present. That is fine. As I have said every group has good and bad eggs as well. Lets start the secon year right. Anyone who does not abide by our rules will either be suspended or banned from our forum.

Lets keep it tight guys. We are after quality not quantity.
